姜黄炭疽病的病原菌鉴定及杀菌剂对其室内生物活性测定

摘  要:
[目的]鉴定引起姜黄炭疽病的病原菌种类及室内筛选该病害的防治药剂。[方法]采用形态学与分子生物学方法进行鉴定,菌丝生长速率法测定9种杀菌剂对该病原菌的室内生物活性。[结果]分离获得的病原菌为胶孢炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides);咪鲜胺对胶孢炭疽菌抑菌效果最好,EC_(50)值仅为0.06 mg/L,其次为多菌灵、吡唑醚菌酯、氟硅唑,EC_(50)值分别为0.31、0.38、0.39 mg/L。[结论]咪鲜胺可作为田间防治姜黄炭疽病的首选药剂。

摘  要:
[Aims] The paper aims to identify the pathogen that causes the leaves disease of Curcuma longa L. and to screen out the fungicides for control of the disease in lab. [Methods] The pathogen was identified according to the morphology and molecular biology, and its sensitivity towards 9 fungicides was assayed with mycelial growth rate in lab. [Results] The achieved pathogens was Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. Among the 9 fungicides, prochloraz showed the best inhibitory efficacy against C. gloeosporioides with EC_(50) value of 0.06 mg/L, followed by carbendazim,pyraclostrobin and flusilazole with EC_(50) values of 0.31, 0.38 and 0.39 mg/L, respectively. [Conclusions] Prochloraz could be used as the preferred fungicide for controlling leaf spot pathogen of C. longa in fields.
