钛对镀锌层硅酸盐钝化膜的影响

摘  要:
为了研究钛离子对硅酸钝化膜的微观形貌、化学组成及耐蚀性能的影响,在硅酸盐钝化液中加入钛离子,通过SEM、XPS、交流阻抗谱(EIS)及中性盐雾试验(NSS)进行研究.试验结果表明:钛离子的加入可控制硅酸钝化膜成膜速度,细化颗粒,使钝化膜膜层平整、致密、无裂纹,且微粒团聚物颗粒变小;同时,钛离子参与反应生成的Ti O2颗粒可填充膜层的空隙,增加膜层致密度,显著提高膜层的耐蚀性;钝化过程是复杂的多相反应,最终得到膜层的主要组成为Zn4Si2O7(OH)2·2H2O,Si O2,Zn O,Zn(OH)2和Ti O2.

摘  要:
Based on silicate passivation technology,the effects of Ti ion on morphology,chemical composition and corrosion resistance of the coating were investigated by SEM,XPS,EIS and NSS. The results show that Ti ion can control the deposition rate and refine particles to make the film flat,dense,crack-free and make the particle agglomerates smaller. Ti O2 particles may be filled in film layer to increase the coating density simultaneously and improve the corrosion resistance of the film significantly.Passivation process is complex heterogeneous reaction. The main compositions of the film are Zn4Si2O7-( OH)2·2H2O,Si O2,Zn O,Zn( OH)2and Ti O2.
