唾液乳杆菌SNK-6对新浦东鸡粪便微生物和种蛋蛋壳微生物及孵化效果的影响

摘  要:
为研究饲粮中添加唾液乳杆菌SNK-6对新浦东鸡粪便微生物及种蛋表面微生物和孵化效果的影响,试验选取相同饲养条件下40周龄新浦东鸡420只,随机分成对照组和试验组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂含5.0*108 cfu/g唾液乳杆菌SNK-6的基础日粮,连续2 d每天饲喂后间隔7 d饲喂1次,共饲喂3次后停止饲喂,收集饲喂完成后对照组和试验组种蛋2周.并于试验开始的第7、14、21天采集粪便进行粪便微生物检测.另从两组种蛋随机取出35个进行熏蒸后放置,试验每间隔一天进行蛋壳表面微生物检测,剩余种蛋两组各选取1500个进行孵化,研究种蛋孵化率差异.结果显示:①与对照组相比,试验组粪便乳酸菌活菌数在第7、14、21天时极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组大肠杆菌活菌数在第7、14、21天时均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).②种蛋储存至14 d时,与对照组相比,试验组蛋壳表面乳酸菌数量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);蛋壳表面大肠杆菌数量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01).③试验组活胚率、受精蛋孵化率、健雏率相比对照组显著增加(P<0.05).研究表明唾液乳杆菌SNK-6能够提高新浦东鸡粪便和鸡蛋储存中蛋壳乳酸菌数量,降低大肠杆菌菌落数,提高种蛋孵化率.

This study aimed to investigate the impact of adding Lactobacillus salivarius SNK-6 to the feed on fecal and egg?shell microorganisms and hatching performance in New Pudong chickens.Forty-week-age New Pudong chickens were randomly assigned to control group and experimental group.The control group was fed with basal diet,while the experimental group was fed with basal diet supplemented with 5.0*108 cfu/kg Lactobacillus salivarius SNK-6.The experimental group was fed for 2 con?secutive days,followed by once every 7 days for a total of 3 weeks,and then the breeding eggs were collected for 2 consecutive weeks.Fecal samples were collected from both groups on day 7,14 and 21 of the experiment for microbial testing.Thirty-five eggs from each group were randomly selected,fumigated and then tested for eggshell surface microorganisms every other day.One thousand and five hundred eggs from each group were selected for incubation to determine hatching performance.The results showed that:①The number of fecal lactic acid bacteria in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the con?trol group on day 7,14 and 21(P<0.01),and the number of Escherichia coli was significantly lower than that in the control group on day 14 and 21(P<0.05).②The number of lactic acid bacteria on the eggshell surface of the experimental group was signifi?cantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),while the number of Escherichia coli on the eggshell surface was significant?ly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).③The fertilized egg survival rate,hatching rate of fertilized eggs and qualified chick rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).It was suggested that add?ing Lactobacillus salivarius SNK-6 to the feed could increase the richness of fecal and eggshell surface lactic acid bacteria,inhib?it the growth of Escherichia coli and improve hatchability of New Pudong chicken.
