氯金酸修饰对再生电极检测性能的影响

摘  要:
为了探讨氯金酸对再生电极检测性能的影响,本文首先对电极的再生条件及氯金酸修饰条件进行了优化,然后对氯金酸修饰前后再生电极的检测性能进行了分析和评价.结果表明,在优化的再生条件下(0.1 mol/L柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠、pH 2.4、再生30 min),再生电极的电流可恢复至其原始电流的近85%.在优化的氯金酸修饰条件(308.89μg、90 min)下,再生电极的电流可增加近60%.此外,再生电极经氯金酸修饰后,其对单增李斯特菌的检测限由3.08×103 cfu/mL降低至2.1×102 cfu/mL,提高了14.6倍.稳定性也提高了近10%.本研究结果显示,一次性电极经优化再生处理和氯金酸信号增强处理后具有重复使用的能力.

In order to explore the influences of chloroauric acid on detection performances of regenerated electrode, firstly, the conditions of regeneration and chloroauric acid modification for electrode were optimized. Then analyzed and evaluated before and after the gold chloride acid modified electrode regeneration detection performance. The results showed that, under the optimized regeneration conditions (0.1 mol/L citric acid-sodium citrate, pH 2.4, 30 min regeneration time), the current of regenerated electrode could recover to about 85%of its original current. Under the optimized conditions of chloroauric acid modification (308.89μg、90 min), the current of regenerated electrode increased nearly 60%. In addition, the detection limit of regenerated electrode for Listeria monocytogenes was from initial 3.08 × 103 cfu/mL reduced to 2.1 × 102 cfu/mL, increasing 14.6 times after modification by chloroauric acid. The stability has also improved nearly 10%. The research results showed that the disposable electrode has the ability to reuse after regeneration and modification by chloroauric acid.
