烟梗切丝与干燥关键工艺参数对梗丝质量的影响

摘  要:
为了探讨烟梗切丝与干燥工艺参数对梗丝质量的影响,采用正交试验分析法,对压梗间隙及切梗丝宽度等参数进行方差分析,同时对STS蒸汽流量及筒壁温度进行了方差分析。结果表明,在试验范围内压梗间隙为0.8 mm、切梗丝宽度为0.11 mm和压梗间隙为1.2 mm、切梗丝宽度为0.11 mm的梗丝外观形态更接近叶丝,与叶丝的配伍性较好,其感官质量皆优于传统梗丝;干燥工序中对梗丝填充值和整丝率的影响程度为STS蒸汽流量>筒壁温度,当STS蒸汽流量为240 kg/h、筒壁温度为130℃时,在卷烟中掺配一定比例的梗丝后,卷烟感官质量有所提高。

摘  要:
In order to study the influences of stem cutting and drying process parameters on the quality of the cut stem,using orthogonal experiment analysis,stem flattening gap and cutting stem width were analyzed by ANOVA,steam flow in STS and cylinder wall temperature were analyzed by ANOVA. The results showed that, within the experimental range,when the stem flattening gap was 0.8 mm,cutting stem width was 0.11 mm and the stem flattening gap was 1.2 mm,cutting stem width was0.11 mm,the shape of cut stem was close to cut tobacco,and the compatibility with cut tobacco was better,the sensory quality was better than traditional cut stem. In the drying process,the effect degree of filling value and percentage of long strands of dried cut stem were: steam flow in STS>cylinder wall temperature. When the steam flow in STS 240 kg/h,the cylinder wall temperature 130 ℃,after adding a certain proportion of cut stem in cigarette,the sensory quality was improved.
