微波膨胀烟梗丝在卷烟滤棒中的应用研究

摘  要：
为研究微波膨胀烟梗丝在卷烟滤棒中的应用效果,将微波膨胀烟梗丝直接卷制成滤棒,将其作为卷烟复合滤棒的料棒部分与纯醋纤滤棒进行了应用对比评价。结果表明,微波膨胀烟梗丝对烟气粒相成分具备较强的截留能力,样品4的总粒相物、水分、烟碱及焦油较纯醋纤滤棒卷烟分别下降了0.62、0.31、0.15、0.16 mg/支;样品2的主流烟气挥发性成分中的烯烃类、醇类及酮类物质的相对含量较纯醋纤滤棒卷烟分别升高了32.90、22.93、20.56μg/支;样品2的卷烟感官品质综合得分较纯醋纤滤棒卷烟提高了0.63分,其卷烟烟气的香气量、谐调及舒适性有一定程度的提升。

摘  要：
In order to study the application effect of microwave expanded tobacco stems in tobacco filter rods,the microwave expansion tobacco stem wire was made into filter rod. Microwave expanded cut tobacco stem(MECTS) was prepared into a filter which was manufactured dual filter with cellulose acetate. The dual filter and cellulose acetate filter were added into cigarette to carry out contrast experiment. The results showed that the ability of MECTS to absorb the particle phase composition was slightly stronger than that of cellulose acetate. Compared with the cigarette of cellulose acetate filter,the content of total particulate matter,moisture,nicotine and tar in sample 4 decreased by 0.62、0.31、0.15 and 0.16 mg/cig.,respectively.Contrasted with cigarette of cellulose acetate filter,the phenols,alkenes,alcohols and ketones in the mainstream smoke volatile compounds of the sample 2 were increased by 32.90,22.93 and 20.56 μg/cig.,respectively. The evaluation of sensory quality showed that sample 2 had a certain improvement in aroma,aroma,richness and comfortable,and the sensory quality score was 0.63 points higher than that of cigarette with cellulose acetate filter.
