摘  要:
应激特别是氧化应激损伤会导致机体免疫功能低下、肠道结构损伤和微生态失衡。茶类提取物中的儿茶素在抗氧化、清除自由基、抗过敏、抗菌消炎、增强免疫功能等方面均具有明显的效果。通过综述其在上述领域的研究进展,为减轻机体应激创伤寻求新的营养调控措施,为寻求抗生素的替代性产品提供参考。

摘  要:
Stress,especially oxidative stress injury can cause immune dysfunction,intestinal structural damage and micro-ecological imbalance.Catechin in the tea extracts had some effects on anti-oxidant,scavenging free radical,anti-anaphylaxis,antisepticize,dephlogisticate and enhancing immune function.Those biological roles were reviewed in this paper in order to provide some references for finding new nutritional regulation measures and seeking the antibiotic substitutes.
