新温185号核桃叶片和果实矿质元素浓度时节变化及其相关性

摘  要:
【目的】通过对新温185号核桃(Juglans regia‘Xinwen185’)果实生育期叶片和果实矿质元素浓度时节变化及其相关性分析,加深对其果实生长发育过程中树体与果实矿质元素供需关系的认识。【方法】采样测定果实生育期不同时节,新温185号核桃叶片、青皮和种仁中氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)元素浓度,应用Pearson相关分析检验叶片、青皮、种仁之间相同矿质元素浓度的相关性。【结果】在果实生育期,随时节推移新温185号核桃叶片中N、P、K、Cu、Zn元素浓度总体上呈下降趋势,Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn元素浓度总体上呈上升趋势;种仁中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn元素浓度均呈下降趋势;青皮中除K元素浓度呈上升趋势外,其余元素浓度均呈下降趋势。叶片与青皮之间的Zn、Cu元素浓度呈显著或极显著正相关,Ca元素呈极显著负相关;叶片与种仁之间的Zn、K元素浓度呈显著或极显著正相关,Mg、Ca元素浓度呈显著或极显著负相关;青皮与种仁之间P、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu元素浓度呈显著或极显著正相关,K元素浓度呈显著负相关。【结论】在新温185号核桃果实生长发育过程中,叶片向果实Ca、Mg元素和青皮K元素的有效供给对果实的品质形成有重要影响。K、Ca、Mg元素是新温185号核桃果实品质形成过程中树体与果实矿质元素供需关系的关键。

摘  要:
【Objective】Through the analysis of seasonal changes of mineral element concentrations in the leaves and the fruits and their correlation during the fruit development period of Juglans regia ‘Xinwen 185',this investigation is aimed at having a deep insight into the walnut tree and its fruit mineral elements of the supply- demand relationship in the process of the fruit growth and development.【Method】The concentration of nitrogen( N),phosphorus( P),potassium( K),calcium( Ca),magnesium( Mg),iron( Fe),manganese( Mn),copper( Cu),zinc( Zn) in the leaves,green husks and kernels was determined by means of sampling from the walnut trees in different seasons of the fruit development period,and the correlation of the same mineral element concentration between the leaves,green husks and kernels was tested by using Pearson correlation a-nalysis.【Result】There was a decreasing trend in the concentration of N,P,K,Cu and Zn in the leaves during the fruit development period with seasonal changes,while Ca,Mg,Fe and Mn had an increasing trend. Generally speaking,N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn element concentration had a decreasing trend in the kernels.All element concentrations had an increasing trend in the green husks except K. There was a significant positive correlation of Zn concentration between the leaves and the green husks,and Cu had an extremely significant positive correlation,while Ca had an extremely significant negative correlation. There was a significant positive correlation of Zn concentration between the leaves and the kernels,and K had an extremely significant positive correlation,while Mg had a significant negative correlation,and Ca had an extremely significant negative correlation. There was a significant positive correlation of P concentration between the kernels and the green husks,and Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu had an extremely significant positive correlation,while K had an extremely significant negative correlation.【Conclusion】The effective supply of Ca and Mg from the leaves to the fruits and the effective supply of K from the leaves to green husks had great effects on the formation of fruit quality during the fruit development period of J. regia 'Xinwen 185'. The K,Ca and Mg were the key elements of the supply- demand relationship between the walnut trees and the fruits in the process of the fruit quality formation.
