雌花盛花期喷施肥料对新温185号核桃粗脂肪含量的影响

摘  要:
通过田间试验,检验雌花盛花期喷施硼酸(B)、尿素(N)、糖(S)复合肥料对盛果期新温185号核桃粗脂肪含量的影响,以期为新疆南疆盆地新温185号核桃根外肥料的科学施用提供解决方案。采用了"3414"喷施肥料效应田间试验和多元线性逐步回归分析相结合的方法。结果显示,新温185号核桃粗脂肪含量的常用对数与硼酸(B)、尿素(N)的喷施浓度及二者的交互作用(B×N)存在显著的线性相关关系(P<0.05),且与B、N的喷施浓度呈显著正相关,与B×N呈显著负相关。糖(S)的喷施浓度与新温185号核桃粗脂肪含量常用对数的相关性不显著(P>0.05)。新温185号核桃雌花盛花期硼酸(含硼17.49%)的适宜喷施浓度为3.8533g·L-1,尿素(含氮46%)的适宜喷施浓度为5.906 7 g·L-1,理论粗脂肪含量期望值可达65.493 8 mg·g-1。雌花盛花期喷施硼酸和尿素的复合肥料对盛果期新温185号核桃的粗脂肪含量产生了正效应。

摘  要:
Through spraying fertilizer effect field trials, the experiment aimed at testing the effect of spraying fertilizer, which was compounded by boric acid(B), urea(N) and sugar(S), at the full-bloom phase of pistillate flowers on the crude fat content of Juglans regia `Xinwen185' in the prosperous fruit stage, with a view to providing a compound fertilizer formula which was used outside of the roots of Juglans regia `Xinwen185' in the Southern Xinjiang Basin. Both of the "3414" spraying fertilizer effect field trials and the multiple linear stepwise regression analysis were used. The results show that the common logarithm of the crude fat content of Juglans regia `Xinwen185' had significant linear correlation(P<0.01) to the effect of spraying concentration of boric acid(B), urea(N) and the interaction effect of them(B×N), and was significantly positively correlated to the effect of spraying concentration of both boric acid and urea, was significantly negatively correlated to the interaction effect of them, but was not significantly correlated to the effect of sugar(P>0.05). The suitable spraying concentration of boric acid(17.49% of boron) was 3.853 3 g·L-1and urea(46% of nitrogen)was 5.906 7 g·L-1. The theoretical expectation of the crude fat content was up to 65.493 8 mg·g-1. It was that spraying compound fertilizer of boric acid and urea at the full-bloom phase of pistillate flowers of Juglans regia `Xinwen185' could generate a positive effect to the crude fat content at the prosperous fruit stage in the Southern Xinjiang Basin.
