29株具有抗菌和细胞毒活性红树林真菌的鉴定

摘  要:
从海南省文昌红树林分离到29株具有抗白色念珠菌和(或)细胞毒活性的真菌,分别采用形态观察、生理生化特征和核酸序列分析进行鉴定。结果表明,29株真菌中,有7株曲霉属(Aspergillus),16株青霉属(Penicillium),1株正青霉属(Eupenicillium)、1株新萨托菌属(Neosartorya)、1株拟青霉属(Paecilomyces Bainier),还有3株暂不能定属。

摘  要:
Twenty nine fungi strains,displaying bioactivity against Candida albicans and/or cancer cell line,were isolated from Wenchang mangrove,Hainan Province.Classification and identification of these strains were carried by morphological observation,physiological characteristics,and analysis of 18S or ITS rRNA gene sequences.The results showed that seven strains were classified to Aspergillus,sixteen strains to Penicillium,one strain to Eupenicillium,one strain to Neosartorya,another one to Paecilomyces Bainier,three strains could not be determined.
