柑橘皮渣在动物饲料中应用的研究进展

摘  要:
柑橘皮渣是柑橘加工业的副产物,占柑橘鲜重的45%~60%,其营养丰富,富含纤维、色素、抗氧化物质等,在动物的营养和免疫方面具有极大的利用价值。将柑橘皮渣用作饲料不仅可以提高动物生产性能、促进机体免疫及畜产品品质,而且可以解决其带来的环境污染,降低饲料花费,缓解人畜争粮的矛盾。因此,本文就柑橘皮渣的营养特点及其在反刍动物和单胃动物饲粮中的应用进行综述,以期为柑橘皮渣在动物生产中的应用研究提供参考。

摘  要:
Citrus pulp is a by-product of citrus processing industry,accounting for about 45% to 60% weight of fresh citrus. Citrus pulp is rich in nutrients and also contains fiber,pigments,and antioxidants. It has great utilization value in nutrition and immunity of the animal. Using it as alternative feed of grains for animals can not only improve animal growth performance,immunity and quality of animal products,but also solve the environmental pollution,reduce the feed cost and alleviate the contradiction between human and livestock for grain. This paper reviews the nutritional characteristics of citrus pulp and its application as feed for ruminant and monogastric animals,to provide references for the research and application of citrus pulp in animal production.
