摘  要:
阿维菌素类药物作为一种高效的抗生素类生物杀虫剂,被广泛应用于农业、畜牧业和水产业,属于高毒农药,被世界卫生组织列为高毒化合物,其在食品中的残留问题不容忽视。综述了阿维菌素类药物在农业、畜牧业和水产业中的残留检测技术。

摘  要:
Avermectins,as the family of macrocyclic lactones which had been widely used in agriculture,animal husbandry and aquaculture,belongs to highly toxic pesticide and it was listed as a highly toxic compound by WHO.Its residues in food should not be ignored.The author reviewed the avermectins residue determination technology in agriculture,animal husbandry and aquaculture.
