药渣栽培食用菌研究概述

摘  要:
随着人们对中药的需求越来越大,中药的年产量也越来越高,在植物性药物生产或使用过程中产生了大量的药渣。传统药渣的处理给环境带来了极大的污染,药渣的再利用引起了广泛关注。在查阅相关文献后,对药渣栽培食用菌的案例进行了总结和分析。结果显示,以药渣栽培的12种常见食用菌,子实体发生数量、质量均有不同程度增加,且功能成分亦出现有利变化。对药渣栽培食用菌的不利因素如毒性问题等也进行了分析。

摘  要:
With the increasing demand for traditional Chinese medicine, the annual output is getting higher and higher, and a large amount of residues are produced in the process of plant drug production. The treatments of traditional herb residues have brought great pollution to the environment, and the reuse of the herb residues has attracted wide attention. After consulting the relevant articles, the cases of edible fungi cultivation with herb residue was summarized and analyzed. The results showed that the quantity and quality of fruiting bodies of 12 common edible fungi increased in different degrees, and functional components also showed favorable changes. In this paper, the unfavorable factors such as toxicity and non-homogeneity of edible fungi cultivated by herb residue are also analyzed.
