微卫星DNA对外源基因遗传的影响

摘  要:
试验通过转绵羊金属硫蛋白启动子-猪生长激素(oMT-pGH)基因和转绵羊金属硫蛋白启动子-猪生长激素-微卫星DNA(oMT-pGH-microsatellite DNA)基因猪的连续传代,分析了后代中转基因阳性猪的比例,并比较了两种转基因猪的遗传效果。结果发现,外源基因的传代不稳定,世代中转基因个体的比例在逐代降低;Microsatellite DNA片段在转基因猪的传代中没能显现出提高整合率的作用。

摘  要:
Through reproduction of oMT-pGH and oMT-pGH-microsatellite transgenic swine,the proportion of positive transgenic swine in filial generation was analyzed and the heredity effects of the two kind transgenic swine were compared.The results indicated that the heredity of foreign gene was unstable.The proportion of positive transgenic swine decreased from generation to generation.Microsatellite DNA could not increase the recombination rate in reproduction of transgenic swine.
