YSD475型柴油机螺旋进气道改进设计与试验

摘  要:
简述了 YSD4 75型柴油机螺旋进气道改进设计与试验情况。试验结果表明 :在气缸盖基本结构不变的条件下 ,通过局部改进螺旋进气道结构 ,涡流比的算术平均值由原来的 1.84 0提高到 3.344。柴油机在标定工况下比油耗下降 7.8% ,烟度下降 3.6 9BSU ;在扭矩点工况下比油耗下降 15 % ,烟度下降 3.4 4 BSU。整机的经济性和烟度得以明显改善。

摘  要:
In this paper, the development and experiments on a spiral intake port in YSD475 direct injection diesel engine are introduced. The experimental results showed that the improved design of spiral intake port in its original seat increased the mean swirl ratio from 1 840 to 3 344, when the direct injection diesel engine was working at a calibrated operating condition, the fuel consumption rate would reduce by 7 8% and smoke intensity reduce 3 69 BSU; while when in it working at maximum torque, the fuel consumption rate reduce by 15% and smoke intensity reduce 3 44 BSU, and the swirl matched well with the fuel supply system and combustion chamber.
