摘 要:
本试验旨在研究全株玉米青贮中植物乳杆菌及其与尿素混合添加对杜泊绵羊生长性能、屠宰性能及肌肉品质的影响。试验选取60只体重[(23.0±1.5) kg]相近、健康状况良好的2月龄断奶杜泊绵羊公羊,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只羊。5组羊分别饲喂由不含任何添加剂的全株玉米青贮(对照组)、单一添加占全株玉米鲜重0.1%植物乳杆菌的全株玉米青贮(益生菌组)和全株玉米秸秆鲜重0.1%植物乳杆菌与0.5%尿素混合的全株玉米青贮(混合组)配制而成的全混合日粮。预试期10 d,正试期90 d。结果表明,1)混合组的终末体重(FBW)、平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)均显著高于对照组和益生菌组(P<0.05),各组料重比(F/G)无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)混合组的宰前活重、屠宰率显著高于对照组和益生菌组(P<0.05),混合组的胴体重、肾脏比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),对照组的心脏、肝脏比例显著低于混合组和益生菌组(P<0.05),益生菌组的眼肌面积和GR值显著高于对照组和混合组(P<0.05)。3)益生菌组的肌肉pH、滴水损失、失水率和肉色的亮度(L*)、黄度(b*)值显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但熟肉率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。混合组的肌肉干物质、粗脂肪和粗蛋白质含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),肌肉苏氨酸、苯丙氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸、精氨酸、半胱氨酸、酪氨酸、天门冬氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸和脯氨酸含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲喂在全株玉米青贮中单一添加植物乳杆菌的全混合日粮并不能改变杜泊绵羊的生长性能,饲喂在全株玉米青贮中植物乳杆菌和尿素混合添加的全混合日粮有利于提高杜泊绵羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肌肉品质。

摘 要:
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum and it mixed with urea added in whole corn silage on growth performance,slaughter performance and muscle quality of Dorper sheep. Sixty healthy 2-month-old weaned male Dorper sheep with similar body weight [(23.0±1.5) kg]were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 5 sheep per replicate. Sheep were fed with no additives whole corn silage(control group),single addition of 0. 1% Lactobacillus plantarum of whole corn fresh weight(probiotics group) and 0.1% Lactobacillus plantarum mixed with 0.5% urea mixture of whole corn fresh weight(mixed group) formulated total mixed rations,respectively. The pre-experimental period lasted for 10 days,and the experimental period lasted for 90 days. The results showed as follows: 1)the final body weight(FBW),average daily weight(ADG) and average daily feed intake(ADFI) of mixed group were significantly higher than those of probiotics group and control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant effect on feed to gain ratio(F/G) among all groups(P < 0. 05). 2) The pre-slaughter weight and dressing percentage of mixed group were significantly higher than those of probiotics group and control group(P<0.05),the carcass weight and kidney percentage of mixed group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the heart and liver percentages of the control group were significantly lower than those of mixed group and probiotics group(P < 0. 05),and the eye muscle area and GR value of probiotics group were significantly higher than those of mixed group and control group(P < 0. 05). 3) The pH,drop loss,water loss ratio and meat color of brightness(L*) and yellowness(b*) values in muscle of probiotics group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),but the cooked meat ratio was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). The contents of dry matter,ether extract and crude protein in muscle of mixed group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the contents of threonine,phenylalanine,leucine,isoleucine,valine,arginine,cysteine,tyrosine,glutamate,glutamate,glycine and proline in muscle of mixed group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0. 05). In conclusion,the single addition of Lactobacillus plantarum in whole corn silage total mixed ration cannot change the growth performance of Dorper sheep,and the addition of Lactobacillus plantarum mixed with urea in whole corn silage total mixed ration is favorable for improving the growth performance,slaughter performance and muscle quality of Dorper sheep.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2019,31(12) : 5857-5865]
