农业女性化对农村土地流转的影响

摘  要：
了解农户家庭土地流转决策特征,为农村土地流转问题研究和其相关政策制定提供参考,采取问卷和面对面交流方式对湖南省长沙、株洲、湘潭、张家界4市7个自然村的务农女性进行抽样调查,通过计量统计和Logit模型检验分析了农业女性个体特征、家庭特征和决策环境因素对农村土地流转的影响。结果表明:1)劳动负担、保留土地原因、农业土地收入、附近非农就业机会和附近土地流转经验等因素对农村土地流转的影响较大。2)农业收入占农户家庭收入比例、劳动负担等因素可促进土地流转,对土地流转起保障作用,女性年龄、非农就业的机会与环境等因素则对阻碍土地流转起阻碍作用。3)农户保留土地原因已不是将其作为家庭的主要收入,而是由土地的保障属性决定的,土地流转相关机构的配套设施不完善导致土地流转市场信息不畅通。4)在农村劳动力迁移过程中,由于女性受教育程度的差异和传统观念导致的家庭分工等原因,使女性从农业转移到非农产业的过程明显滞后于男性,从而使大量女性劳动力滞留家中,导致农业出现女性化现象。

摘  要：
In order to study the family decision-making characters for rural land circulation,and to provide references for rural land circulation researches and relative policies,questionnaires and semistructure interviews were conducted in sampling survey for farming women in seven natural villages in Changsha,Zhouzhou,Xiangtan,and Zhangjiajie prefecture.Effect of personal characteristic,family character,and decision-making circumstance factors on rural land circulation were analyzed and tested by quantitative statistics and Logit model.The results were as follow:Firstly,labor work burden,land reserve reasons,farm land income,for non-farm job chances in nearby places,and land circulation experiences around study areas had strong effect on rural land circulation.Secondly,the factors as decrease of agricultural income in family income and heavier labor working burden could accelerate and guarantee the land circulation,but age,non-farm job chances,and environment factors could block the land circulation.Thirdly,the purpose of farm land reserve is not the reason for keep as main family income resource anymore,it was decided by the security attribute of farmland,and the incomplete of supporting facilities in relative land circulation agencies led the blockage of market information for land circulation.Finally,the household job division resulted by differences of educational level,traditional thinking for women during the process of rural labor migration,led the women lag behind men in the process of shifting from agriculture to non-agricultural industries,therefore big amount of female labor forces were stuck at home,and the feminization phenomenon was arose in agriculture.
