铣削过程的自适应模糊控制器仿真

摘  要:
通过铣削过程的刀具受力分析 ,利用多元回归方法建立了 XHK数控铣床在逆铣过程中的铣削力模型 ,根据二阶阻尼系统建立了进给伺服系统的动态模型 ,基于这两个模型对铣削过程的适应控制器进行了计算机仿真实验 ,仿真结果表明 ,该模糊控制器具有自适应能力和较好的动态品质 ,有效地减小了稳态误差

摘  要:
In this paper a model for milling force of XHK CNC by multi variate regression method based on the cutter bearing force in the milling process was developed, and a dynamic model for the feeding servo system based on the two steps damping system was established, then the adaptive controller was simulated by the milling force and dynamic models. All these results show that the fuzzy controller can meet the demand of adjusting the feeding of cutter, and can provide a better dynamic character, then minimizes the error in the stable state. So the fuzzy controller is feasible for the milling process.
