UV-vis/H_2O_2/草酸铁络合物法调理对污泥脱水性能的影响

摘  要:
采用传统Fenton法和UV-vis/H_2O_2/草酸铁络合物法进行了污泥调理单因素实验。对比两种方法的实验结果得出了较合适的调理方法为UV-vis/H_2O_2/草酸铁络合物法。通过正交实验确定:UV-vis/H_2O_2/草酸铁络合物法的最佳工艺参数是反应时间为35 min,反应温度为27.5℃,反应pH值为2.5,H_2O_2/Fe~(2+)为4.5,Fe~(2+)投加量为15mg/gDS,Ca~(2+)投加量为90mg/gDS,污泥比阻由9.33×10~8 s~2/g降至0.31×10~8 s~2/g,污泥脱水性能得到改善。

摘  要:
The single factor experiment was carried out by using the traditional Fenton method and UV-vis/H_2O_2/Ferrioxalate Complex Method.The comparison of the experimental results showed that UV-vis/H_2O_2/Ferrioxalate Complex Method were more suitable.The optimal condition for sludge conditioning was determined as follows:reaction time was 35minutes;reaction temperature was 27.5℃;reaction pH was2.5;H_2O_2/Fe2+ratio(mass ratio)was 4.5;Fe~(2+) dosage was 15mg/g DS;Ca~(2+)dosage was 90mg/g DS;the Specific resistance to filtration reduced from 9.33×10~8 s~2/g to 0.31×10~8 s~2/g.Thus,the dewatering performance of sludge was improved.
