PVPP/麦饭石复合凝胶吸附茶多酚的研究

摘  要:
用孔状结构和一定生物活性的矿物保健药石——麦饭石和生理相容性较好的N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为原料,采用水溶液聚合法制备了交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPP)/麦饭石复合凝胶吸附材料,研究了PVPP/麦饭石复合凝胶和PVPP对绿茶饮料的处理效果与条件。研究表明,5 g/L PVPP/麦饭石复合凝胶于50℃条件下处理绿茶饮料100 min,对茶多酚的去除率达到18.40%,且PVPP/麦饭石复合凝胶对茶多酚的去除效果较PVPP好。

摘  要:
With porous structure and biological active mineral health care medicine —maifan stone and physiological compatibility better N-pyrrolidone(NVP) as raw materials,a PVPP/maifan stone composite gel adsorption material was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization method. Treatment effect on green tea beverage and treating conditions were studied. The results showed that the adsorption rate of PVPP/maifan stone composite gel to tea polyphenol was 18.40% when the tea beverage was treated with 5 g/L of PVPP/maifan stone composite gel concentration at 50 ℃ for 100 min. The removal effect of tea polyphenols with PVPP/maifan stone composite gel was better than with PVPP.
