疆岳驴泌乳曲线分析

摘  要:
【目的】研究新疆疆岳驴不同泌乳月的产乳量和泌乳曲线,揭示驴的泌乳规律和特点,为提高驴产乳量和生产性能提供基础资料。【方法】应用SPSS16.0软件分析疆岳驴不同泌乳月产乳量和泌乳曲线。【结果】疆岳驴1个泌乳期180 d平均产乳量为(465.1±153.8)kg,平均头日产乳量为2.58 kg;泌乳高峰期为第2~4泌乳月,产乳量占全泌乳期58.4%,头日平均产乳量为3.02 kg;泌乳曲线在高峰期相对稳定,第5泌乳月大幅下降,降幅达29%,此后持续小幅下降,直至停乳;高产驴和低产驴泌乳曲线的总体走势基本相同,但高产组泌乳高峰期产乳量比低产组高52.7%,第5泌乳月产乳量和最高泌乳月(第3泌乳月)相比的降幅较低产组低31.2%。【结论】疆岳驴产乳量的个体差异很大,若采用现代遗传育种技术对高产驴进行系统定向选育,可培育出产乳量高的乳用驴类群或品种。

摘  要:
【Objective】The project aims to research the different location month's milk production and the location curve in order find the laws and characteristics of the Jiangyue donkey's location and provide basic information for improving milk production and production performance of donkeys in the end. 【Method】The article analyzed the Jiangyue donkeys ' different location month 's milk production and the location curve by SPSS16. 0 software.【Result】The results showed that the average milk production of Jiangyue donkeys location month( 180 d) was( 465. 1 ± 153. 8) kg; every donkey produced 2. 58 kg milk every day; the second,third and the fourth location month were peak location months and the lactation milk production accounted for58. 4%,and the average milk production of the first day is 3. 02 kg; the location curve was relatively stable at peak hours; at the 5th lactation month decreased by 29% and then it kept falling down slightly until stopped milking completely; high yield and low yield donkeys' lactation curve of the overall situation was basically the same but high yield group peak lactation milk quantity was 52. 7% higher than the low yield group and in comparison,the milk production of the 5th lactation months and the highest production( 3th lactation months)were 31. 2% lower in the low group.【Conclusion】There was a big difference in different individual Jiangyuedonkey. Using modern genetic breeding technology to breed donkeys with high milk yield could produce high quantity of dairy donkey taxa or species.
