高职食品加工技术专业“虚实结合”多元考核评价体系的应用——以辽宁农业职业技术学院为例

摘  要:
对当前高职实践教学考核评价的现状进行了全面分析,以辽宁农业职业技术学院食品加工技术专业为例,依托虚拟仿真工厂的设计与开发,结合"工学结合"教学模式,探讨了"虚实结合"多元考核评价体系的内涵及其在食品加工技术专业的构建与实施,以此推动高职实践教学考核的可持续发展。

摘  要:
Taking food processing technology major in Liaoning Agricultural Vocational College as an example, the current situation of the practical teaching evaluation has been conducted comprehensively. Relying on designation and development of virtual simulation plant and integrating "Work-Study Combination" teaching mode, the paper discusses the content pluralism of "Integration of Virtuality and Reality" multivariate evaluation system and its construction&implementation in food processing technology major,which will promote the sustainable development of teaching assessment in practical training.
