摘  要：
中国提出建设“一带一路”合作倡议和构建人类命运共同体的理念在国际上取得了显著成果。随着建设的不断深入推进，畜牧业作为其重要组成部分，对国际化人才的需求更加迫切。高校作为新时代国际化人才培养的“主阵地”同样面临着新的挑战和要求。笔者以扬州大学家禽科学人才培养为例，深入探讨了“一带一路”背景下高校畜牧学科国际化人才培养体系的现状及未来的发展路径，有利于进一步加快畜牧学科人才培养，助推我国畜牧业高质量发展和家禽产业转型升级。

摘  要：
China's initiative of building “the Belt and Road” cooperation and the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind have achieved remarkable results internationally. With the continuous deepening of the construction of the cooperation initiative, animal husbandry, as an important part, has a more urgent demand for international talents. As the “main front” of international talents training in the new era, universities are also facing new challenges and requirements. This article takes the cultivation of poultry science talents in Yangzhou University as an example, deeply discusses the current situation and future development path of the international talent cultivation system of animal husbandry discipline in universities based on the background of “the Belt and Road”, which is conducive to further accelerating the cultivation of talents of animal husbandry discipline and promotes the high-quality development of animal husbandry and the transformation and upgrading of poultry industry in China.
