摘 要:
以熟鸡蛋为试验对象,以破碎鸡蛋所需的力为试验指标,进行了力学特性试验,并根据试验结果优化设计熟鸡蛋剥壳机中的剥蛋辊.结果表明,鸡蛋壳破碎的最大力为48.8 N.通过Adams软件对剥蛋辊进行可行性分析,得到鸡蛋破损率的最佳值.

摘 要:
The mechanical force property of the sheller roller of cooked egg sheller was investigated. The results showed that the maximum force for breaking egg shell was 48.8 N, and the feasibility of the egg peeling roller was confirmed by Adams software. Lastly, structure parameters of sheller roller were obtained under the optimized breakage rate.
