On the basis of the ecologically protective function of forest and the particular geographical position of Sichuan lying in the upper reaches of the Changjiang River,discussion was held on the main standing of Sichuan forestry and some problems worth noting in the construction of the ecologically protective screen for the upper reaches of the Changjiang River.
