在2008年发生的"5·12"汶川特大地震灾害中,四川省直接经济损失209.4亿元,间接经济损失1831亿元,对四川林业发展影响十分深远。灾后20天,四川省林业厅快速启动灾后恢复重建,夺取了抗震救灾及灾后重建的阶段性胜利。全力组织抢救人员,妥善安置受灾群众,多方筹措救灾资金和物资,紧急救护和安全转移大熊猫,认真做好灾区防疫工作,林业各项恢复重建任务全部纳入了国家规划。当前是灾后重建的关键时期,重点工作一是加快推进灾后生态修复重建,二是加快推进卧龙自然保护区恢复重建,三是加强重建项目资金监管。

摘 要：
This happened in 2008 in the disaster of "5·12" Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan,a direct economic loss of 20.94 billion yuan,183.1 billion yuan indirect economic losses,and have far-reaching effects on Sichuan forestry development.20 days post-disaster,the Sichuan Provincial Forestry Department quick start post-disaster restoration and reconstruction,captured the earthquake relief and post-disaster reconstruction.The direct rescue personnel to properly rehouse the people in disaster areas,multi-raising relief funds and materials,emergency ambulance and safe transfer of the giant panda,conscientiously do a good job in disaster prevention,forest restoration and reconstruction of the mission into the national planning.Pointed out that in the critical period of the current post-disaster reconstruction,it is necessary to accelerate the first accelerating ecological disaster reconstruction and accelerating the restoration and reconstruction of Wolong Nature Reserve,strengthen supervision of the reconstruction project funds.
