原位固化油茶壳的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附

摘  要:
以油茶壳为原料,通过醛与单宁等的反应使油茶壳中单宁等组分原位固化,并考察原位固化油茶壳对稀水溶液中亚甲基蓝的吸附行为。研究结果表明:当m_((甲醛))∶m_((油茶壳))=1∶4时,油茶壳收率达到82.32%;当m_((甲醛))∶m_((油茶壳))=1∶5、盐酸质量分数为1%时,油茶壳收率达到最大。用甲醛、乙二醛、戊二醛原位固化的油茶壳对亚甲基蓝的平衡吸附量分别为77.80、68.32、68.05 mg·g~(-1)。当油茶壳用量从0.05 g增加到1 g时,油茶壳对亚甲基蓝的单位吸附量从133.60 mg·g~(-1)降低到29.37 mg·g~(-1),吸附率从22.27%上升到97.97%。随着亚甲基蓝质量浓度的增加,平衡时油茶壳对亚甲基蓝的吸附量增加而去除率降低。油茶壳对亚甲基蓝的吸附量在溶液pH值为4时最大。此过程是一个吸热过程,随温度升高油茶壳对亚甲基蓝的吸附量增大,在温度为313 K时吸附量达到饱和,再升高温度对平衡时的吸附量没有明显影响。油茶壳对亚甲基蓝的平衡吸附量越大,其拟二级速率常数越小。研究结果可为油茶壳在染料废水中的应用提供参考。

Using Camellia shell as the raw material,tannin in Camellia shell was immobilized in situ by reaction of aldehydes and tannin.,and the adsorption behavior of the in-situ immobilized modified Camellia shell to methylene blue in aqueous solution was investigated.The results showed that the recovery yield of the modified Camellia shell reached 82.32% when the mass ratio of the Camellia shell to formaldehyde was 0.05.When the mass ratio of the Camellia shell to formaldehyde was 0.2,hydrochloric acid concentration was 1%,and the recovery yields of the Camellia shell get the maximun.Camellia shell was immobilized in situ by fomaldehyde,glyoxal and glutraldehyde,the equilibrium adsorption capacities of these shell were 77.80 mg·g~(-1),68.32 mg·g~(-1) and 68.05 mg·g~(-1),respectively.When the amount of the Camellia shell increased from 0.05 g to 1 g,adsorption of methylene blue by Camellia shell decreased from 133.60 mg·g~(-1) to 29.37 mg·g~(-1) and the removal of methylene blue increased from 22.27% to 97.97%.As the mass concentration of methylene blue increased,the equilibrium adsorption to methylene blue by Camellia shell increased but the removal rate decreased.The largest adsorption capacity of the Camellia shell to methylene blue was at 4 of pH value.The overall adsorption process was endothermic,the adsorption to methylene blue by Camellia shell increased with increase in temperature.When the temperature was 313 K,the biosorbent got saturated.The higher temperature had no effect on the equilibrium adsorption capacity of the biosorbent.The pseudo-second-order rate constant decreased with increases in the equilibrium adsorption capacity.The results can provide reference for the application of camellia shell in dye wastewater.
