马铃薯淀粉工业废水循环利用蒸发设备的设计

摘  要:
以宁夏南部山区马铃薯淀粉工业废水循环利用对接项目参数为依据,采用四效蒸发的方法,在进行了循环流程的工艺设计和四效蒸发参数迭代试算的基础上,对循环利用的关键设备多效蒸发器进行选型和结构设计。结果表明,设备设计参数合理,为解决废水污染和水资源综合利用提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
In accordance with Ningxia southern mountain potato starch waste water recycling project parameters,the key for recycled equipment of evaporator was analyzed and designed based on the determined process and four-effect evaporation parameters.The results showed that the device design parameters were reasonable,it provided a theoretical basis to solve the comprehensive utilization of waste water and water pollution problems.
