发酵花生麸快速培育鲫鱼苗开口饵料的效果研究

摘  要:
以豆浆培育鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)苗开口饵料为对照,进行了发酵花生麸快速培育鲫鱼苗开口饵料的大塘效果试验。结果表明,用乳酸菌和酵母发酵花生麸培育浮游生物,第二天即出现轮虫高峰,第四天为枝角类高峰,第六天为桡足类高峰,与鲫鱼的开口食性需求基本吻合,表明发酵花生麸快速培育浮游生物有很好的效果,可以用作于鱼苗开口饵料。

摘  要:
The controlling effects of the efficiency cultivation of first feeds by peanut-gluten using soybean milk as the control material were studied by field trials. The results showed that the peak of the rotifer, cladoceran and copepod assemblages appeared in the second day, in the fourth day and in the sixth day, respectively using peanut-gluten fermentation with lactic acid bacteria and yeast, and this was consistent with first feeds of Carassius auratus. This indicated that cultivation of first feeds by peanut-gluten fermentation with lactic acid bacteria and yeast can be used in the field.
