桑叶口服液制备条件探讨

摘  要:
以多糖含量为指标,用正交实验法及单因素实验考察,优选桑叶口服液的制备条件。结果表明:最佳条件为50倍量溶剂(水),温度100℃提取3次,每次0.5h,膨润土和木糖醇的添加量分别为0.3%和8%。得到的桑叶口服液色泽橙黄、质地细腻均匀并带有香醇桑叶味,具有较高的营养保健价值。

摘  要:
With polysaccharide content as the index,a single factor experiment was conducted in combination with the orthogonal experiment method to optimize the preparation conditions for a mulberry leaf-based oral liquid.The results showed that the optimum conditions were:solvent-50-fold amount of water;3extractions at 100℃,each lasting for 0.5h;and addition of bentonite and xylitol at 0.3%and 8%,respectively.The resulting oral liquid was orange in color and fine and homogeneous in texture,and carried a pleasant flavor of mulberry leaves.It has high nutrition and health care value.
