酸碱法水解缫丝废水中蛋白质工艺条件的研究

摘  要:
以缫丝废水为试材,利用盐酸、氢氧化钠、磷酸水解丝胶蛋白质,优化缫丝废水中丝胶蛋白水解的最佳工艺条件,制备蚕茧氨基酸原料。正交试验结果表明,3种水解方法中利用盐酸的水解效果最好,最佳工艺条件为溶液中盐酸浓度6 mol/L,水解温度130℃,水解时间8 h。

摘  要:
Taking filature waste water as material, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, phosphoric acid was used to hydrolyze the sericin protein. The technological condition of the hydrolysis was optimized to produce silkworm cocoon amino acid. The result of orthogonal test showed that hydrochloric acid hydrolysis method was the best in the three methods of hydrolysis. The optimal technological condition was as follows: concentration of HCl 6 mol / L, hydrolysis temperature 130 ℃, hydrolysis time 8 hours.
