摘  要:
开展刺槐属种间杂交育种,对于改良刺槐的遗传品质,培育速生用材或优质观赏刺槐新品种具有重要意义。本研究选择鲁刺42等8个刺槐速生优良无性系做杂交母本,以多花刺槐作杂交父本,实施人工控制授粉,并对收获的杂交种子播种育苗。试验表明,刺槐无性系与多花刺槐种间杂交结实率很低,不同杂交组合差异较大,鲁刺152×多花刺槐结实率最高为19.76%,鲁刺57×多花刺槐杂交组合结实率为零。刺槐无性系与多花刺槐种间杂种萌发率很低,不同杂交组合杂种萌发率差异很大,鲁刺133×多花刺槐杂交组合萌发率为36.84%,鲁刺7×多花刺槐等杂交组合萌发率为零。相同杂交组合在不同年份结实率和萌发率有较大差异,年度之间没有重复性结果;相同杂交组合结实率和萌发率二者没有相关性。8个杂交组合只有4个组合获得杂交子代,共计13株系。

摘  要:
To carry out interspecific hybridization of genus robinia is of great significance for improving the genetic quality of locust and breeding fast-growing varieties of timber or high-quality ornamental locust. In this study, 8 fast-growing clones of Robinia pseudoacacia, such as‘Luci 42', were selected as hybrid female parent,and R. neo-mexicana var. luxurians was used as hybrid male parent to control pollination artificially. Hybrid seeds were collected, and were sown in the spring of the following year. The result showed the seed setting rate between R. pseudoacacia clones ×R. neo-mexicana var. luxurians was low. The difference of setting rate between different cross combinations was great. Setting rate of R. pseudoacacia ‘Luci 152'×R. neo-mexicana var. luxurians was19.76%, as the highest. Setting rate of R. pseudoacacia ‘Luci 57'×R. neo-mexicana var. luxurians was zero. The germination rate of interspecific hybrids was low, and germination rates of different cross combinations varied greatly. The highest germination rate was 36.84% for hybrid combinations of R. pseudoacacia ‘Luci 133'×R.neo-mexicana var. luxurians, but the lowest germination rate was zero for hybrid combinations of R. pseudoacacia‘Luci 7'×R. neo-mexicana var. luxurians. The seed setting rate and germination rate of the same cross combinations were variant in different years, repetitionary results were not found between the years. The seed setting rate and germination rate of the same hybrid combinations were not correlated. A total of 13 hybrids were obtained only in 4 combinations of 8 hybrid combination.
