持续干旱下刺槐无性系光合作用与蒸腾作用的日变化

摘  要:
该试验测定了4个刺槐无性系在持续干旱条件下叶片的光合作用、蒸腾作用及相关指标的日变化。结果表明:无论在水分良好还是干旱条件下,光合速率和蒸腾速率均有明显的日变化,但无性系间变化趋势不同;叶绿素含量与光合作用的关系复杂,其下降并不直接降低光合作用。

摘  要:
Photosynthesis,Transpiation and other parameters were studied in this paper.The result showed that Photosynthesis rate and Transpiration rate have clearly daily variation no matter what in well watered or in drought.The relationship between content of Chlorophyll and Photosynthesis rate was complex,the decrease of Chlorophyll content did not directly caused the decrease of Photosynthesis rate.
