大地园林化在合肥的实践与创新

摘  要：
大地园林化是建国初期毛泽东主席提出,并经党八届六中全会明确的目标。本文通过合肥的实践,从科学的城市规划是实现大地园林化的前提、城园一体是实现大地园林化的重要途径、城乡一体绿化是实现大地园林化的重要手段、环巢湖时代对实现大地园林化提出更高要求的四个方面说明:早期城市开敞式总体规划结构,构成城市的楔型绿地系统,并通过环城公园敞开式布局,以带状公园连结老城区四角的公园绿地,形成若同一串镶着数颗明珠的项圈,开创了我国以带串块的公园系统先河,为城市园林发展奠定了城园一体的坚实基础,成为全国首批园林城市之一。1993年又结合大环境绿化,提出建设森林城市,就是为了缩小城乡差距,促进城乡共同繁荣发展。明确:城镇园林化,山岗森林化,农田林网化,尽快提高城乡绿化覆盖率和增加城乡绿化面积,提高园林、林业在国民经济生产总值中的比重。2011年,城市从濒临巢湖到环抱巢湖,为大地园林化展现了更大的发展空间。尤其,当前开展城镇园林绿化提升行动,以提高大地园林化的艺术水平和绿化质量为目的,进入了实现大地园林化的高级阶段,迅速形成"大湖名城、创新高地"的环境特色。

摘  要：
Landscaping is proposed early days by Chairman Mao Zedong, and it is also by the Sixth Plenary Session of the party eighth clear objectives. It is clearly that urban landscape, hills deforestation, farmland shelterbelts improve urban green coverage as soon as possible and increase urban green space, which are also improve gardens, forestry proportion of the gross national economic production. In 2011, Landscaping in Hefei show greater development space. In particular, the action undertaken to improve the current urban landscaping to enhance the level, with the aim of entering the advanced stage, to form environmental characteristics of "Famous city with Great Lakes to reach innovation heights".
