中国蛤蜊幼虫及稚贝壳长性状遗传力估计

摘  要:
为完善中国蛤蜊育种养殖方法,本研究对中国蛤蜊幼虫及稚贝生长性状遗传力进行估计。本试验采用巢式设计,建立7个父系半同胞家系、21个全同胞家系,估算早期生长性状遗传力。结果表明,中国蛤蜊幼虫及稚贝3、6、9、40日龄壳长遗传力分别为0.360±0.211、0.449±0.252、0.972±0.442、0.783±0.382。本研究可为中国蛤蜊遗传育种提供参考。

摘  要:
In order to improve the breeding and aquaculture methods of Mactra chinensis,this study estimated the heritability of growth traits of larvae and young shells.This experiment used nested design to build 7 sire half-sib families and 21 dam full-sib families.The heritability of early shell growth traits in Mactra chinensis was estimated.The resulst showed that the heritability at 3,6,9,40 days was respectively 0.360 ±0.211,0.449±0.252,0.972±0.442,0.783±0.382.This study could provide references for the genetic breeding of Mactra chinensis.
