不同屠宰体重的合作猪肉质灰色关联度分析

摘  要:
应用灰色关联度分析法将肉质指标 (pH值、肉色等级评分、大理石纹等级评分、失水率、贮存损失、熟肉率、瘦肉率和屠宰率 )视为一个灰色系统 ,对不同屠宰体重的合作猪的肉质进行综合评定。结果表明 ,等权关联度和加权关联度的分析结果完全一致 ,肉质较优的是 40kg屠宰体重的合作猪组 ,按优劣顺序依次是 30kg组、 35kg组、 45kg组和 2 5kg组。并提出用该法对肉质乃至其他性状进行综合评定时如何保证结果的可靠性和实用性

摘  要:
Eight traits of meat quality of Hezuo pigs with different body weight were analyzed by using grey correlative degree. Comprehensive evaluation showed that the meat quality of Hezuo pigs with 40 kg body weight had the first place; 30 kg,35 kg,45 kg and 25 kg were the second, third and last places respectively. According to basic principle of this method, some possibilities were suggested for comprehensive evaluation in pig breeding system.
