车用甲醇裂解器的换热器数值模拟分析

摘  要:
基于流体动力学计算分析软件FLUENT6.0对换热器的内部流场进行了数值模拟,并对其速度场、温度场及换热器截面上的压力场进行了分析。对换热器热效率仿真表明,该换热器能够满足车载裂解器对热量的需求,尾气释放的热量主要用于裂解甲醇,基本满足了换热器的设计要求。

摘  要:
The numerical simulation of internal flow field in heat exchanger based on FLUENT6.0 software was done,and the velocity field,temperature field and pressure field on heat exchanger section were analyzed.The thermal efficiency simulation of heat exchanger shows that the heat exchanger can meet the needs of cracker to the heat quantity,and heat released in the exhaust gas is mainly used for methanol decomposition,and the design requirement of heat exchanger can be met basically.
