咖啡酸对LPS诱导小鼠乳腺炎的保护作用

摘  要:
咖啡酸是具有多种药理作用的天然酚酸类化合物。为研究咖啡酸对乳腺组织保护作用,建立LPS诱导的小鼠乳腺炎症模型,模拟自然感染奶牛乳房炎发病过程,探究咖啡酸对乳腺炎保护及其作用机制。通过病理组织学观察、炎性细胞因子水平和炎性信号通路蛋白检测等手段研究咖啡酸对小鼠乳腺炎的保护作用。结果表明,乳腺组织在LPS刺激下产生炎症反应,咖啡酸可显著降低LPS刺激下小鼠乳腺组织损伤程度,抑制乳腺组织中炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6和IL-1β表达,同时抑制LPS对NF-κB和MAPKs信号通路激活。研究表明咖啡酸对LPS诱导的小鼠乳腺炎具有一定保护作用。

摘  要:
Caffeic acid is a natural phenolic acid compound with many pharmacological effects. In order to study the protective effect of caffeic acid on breast tissue, LPS-induced mouse mammary gland inflammation model was established to simulate the pathogenesis of naturally infected cow mastitis and to explore the protective effect of caffeic acid on mastitis and its mechanism.The protective effects of caffeic acid on mastitis in mice were studied by histopathological observation, inflammatory cytokine levels and inflammatory signaling pathway proteins.The results showed that the mammary gland was stimulated by LPS produced a severe inflammatory response, while the caffeic acid significantly reduced the damage degree of the mouse mammary gland under LPS stimulation, inhibited the expression of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β, as well as the activation of NF-κB and MAPKs signaling pathways by LPS in mammary gland.The results showed that caffeic acid has a protective effect on LPS-induced mastitis in mice.
