55株鸡胚源沙门菌的耐药性分析及ESBLs基因检测

摘  要:
为了解河南省某父母代麻鸡场死胚中沙门菌的耐药情况及ESBL基因流行特征,采集孵化后期死胚120份,通过PCR鉴定及血清分型鉴定,获得了55株沙门菌,包括6种血清型。采用K-B纸片法和双纸片协同测试法进行了药物敏感性及超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的检测,并运用PCR法对ESBLs阳性菌株进行了12种动物源沙门菌常见ESBLs基因的检测。结果显示,55株分离株对磺胺异恶唑(76.36%)、氨苄西林(65.45%)、磺胺甲恶唑(54.55%)的耐药情况较严重,对美罗培南、亚胺培南敏感;此外,产ESBLs的菌株有16株,阳性率为29.09%,PCR只检出TEM(100%)一种ESBLs基因,其余11种均未检出;ESBLs阳性菌株的耐药情况明显严重于ESBLs阴性菌株,且多表现为多重耐药。表明种鸡场感染的沙门菌血清型复杂、产ESBLs菌株阳性率较高,多重耐药现象与超广谱β-内酰胺酶密切相关。

摘  要:
To investigate the characteristics of antimicrobial resistance and prevalence of ESBLs genes of Salmonella isolates from the hatchery of parent partridge shank chicken stock in Henan province. A total of 55 Salmonella isolates including six serotypes were obtained from the collected 120 dead embryos by PCR and serological identification. Drug sensitivity and extended spectrum beta lactamases( ESBLs) were detected by Kirby-Bauer method and double-disk synergy tests,PCR analysis was carried out to detect the presence of 12 ESBLs genes mostly observed in animal origin. The results showed that the resistance of 55 isolates to SF( 76. 36%),AMP( 65. 45%) and SXT( 54. 55%) was serious,and all the isolates were sensitive to MEM,IPM. In addition,there were 16 strains which producing ESBLs and the positive rate was 29. 09%. Only TEM( 100%) gene was detected by PCR,the remaining 11 species were not detected. The drug resistance of ESBLs producing strains was more serious than that of non-ESBLs-producing strains,and manifested multidrug resistance. The results indicated that the serotypes of isolates were complex,the positive rate of ESBLs-producing strains was high and muti-drug-resistance was closely related to extended spectrum beta lactamases in the chicken stock.
