摘 要:
以抗淹水能力较强的牡丹品种"洛阳红"和不耐淹水的"胡红"为试材,研究了淹水胁迫下外源钙对2种牡丹呼吸代谢的作用机制,以期为提高涝害下的牡丹抗性提供参考依据和实践支持.结果表明:外施CaCl2可有效降低牡丹叶LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)、PDC(丙酮酸脱羧酶)活性、乙醇、乙醛含量;提高ADH(乙醇脱氢酶)、MDH(苹果酸脱氢酶)、G-6-PDH(葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶)活性和丙酮酸含量.与对照相比,"洛阳红""胡红"叶内LDH活性第8天时降幅最大,分别为37.7%、15.5%;PDC活性均在第16天时降幅最大,分别为25.0%、38.9%."洛阳红""胡红"叶ADH活性增加,最大增幅分别为27.3%、74.0%."洛阳红"G-6-PDH增幅显著低于"胡红",但总体活性高于"胡红".CaCl2可显著缓解2种牡丹叶MDH活性的下降趋势、降低乙醇和乙醛含量并提高丙酮酸含量,但品种间丙酮酸代谢差异显著,"洛阳红"丙酮酸转化率和转化量均优于"胡红".可知,CaCl2可显著改善淹水胁迫下的牡丹呼吸代谢,减轻胁迫危害,抗性较强的"洛阳红"应对机制强于抗性较弱的"胡红".

Two peony(Paeonia suffruticosa) varieties ‘Luoyanghong'(waterlogging-resistant) and ‘Huhong'(no-waterlogging-resistant) were used as materials in this research.Two peony varieties′ respiratory metabolism of exogenous calcium was studied under waterlogging stress in order to provide theoretical basis and practical support for improving peony resistance to waterlogging.The results showed that the application of CaCl_2 could effectively reduced the activities of LDH(lactate dehydrogenase),PDC(pyruvate decarboxylase),and the contents of ethanol,acetaldehyde in peony leaves,and increased ADH(ethanol dehydrogenase),MDH(malic dehydrogenase),G-6-PDH(glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase) activities,pyruvate content.Compared with the control group,the LDH activity in leaves of ‘Luoyanghong' and ‘Huhong' decreased significantly.At the 8~(th) day,the maximum decrease was 37.7% and 15.5%,respectively.The maximum decline of PDC activity appeared on the 16~(th),which decreased by 25% and 38.9% respectively.The maximum activity of ADH in leaves of two peony varieties increased by 27.3%,74.0% respectively.The growth rate of G-6-PDH in ‘Luoyanghong' was significantly lower than that in ‘Huhong',but the overall activity was higher than that in ‘Huhong'.CaCl_2 could significantly alleviate the downward trend of MDH,reduce the contents of ethanol and acetaldehyde and increase the content of pyruvate in the leaves of two peony varieties,but there were significant differences in pyruvate metabolism between the two varieties.The conversion and conversion of pyruvate in ‘Luoyanghong' under anaerobic metabolism were better than that in ‘Huhong'.The results showed that CaCl_2 could significantly improve the respiration metabolism of peony under waterlogging and alleviate the damage caused by waterlogging stress.The ‘Luoyanghong' with stronger resistance was stronger than ‘Huhong' with weaker resistance.
