涝渍胁迫下牡丹的生理响应

摘  要:
以二年生牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa)实生幼苗为试材,在3个不同的土壤含水量梯度(W1水位:淹至苗木基质1/3,W2水位:淹至苗木基质2/3,W3水位:淹至苗木基质3/3)下进行涝渍胁迫处理,测定叶绿素含量、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和脯氨酸(Pro)含量等生理指标。结果表明,牡丹在W1、W2、W3的处理下,叶绿素在W3中变化最显著,含量最少;SOD的含量总体呈现出先下降后上升的趋势,说明土壤含水量越多,SOD活性越弱;而丙二醛的含量则总体呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,在处理的第4 d含量达到最高;W2处理下牡丹脯氨酸含量增加最多,表现最为显著。

摘  要:
Chlorophyll content,activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialde hyde(MDA) content and PRO content of waterlogged-stressed Paeonia suffruticosa Andr were measured,which were treated with three different soil moisture gradients(W1 water level for the nursery soil mark1/3,W2 level for the nursery soil mark 2/3,W3 water level for the nursery soil mark 3/3).The results showed that least chlorophyll content was detected under W1 water level but most PRO content under W2.The fact that SOD activity showed an increase trend first and a trend later indicated that more soil moisture led to less SOD activity.An increased MDA followed by a deceased MDA content was detected and it reached the maximum at the 4th day of treatment.
