雌核发育草鱼近交F_1代的生化遗传特性

摘  要:
运用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术 ,对雌核发育草鱼近交F1代、同龄正常两性生殖草鱼、鲤的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、酯酶 (EST)、超氧化物歧化酶 {SOD}以及血红蛋白、血清蛋白进行了分析。结果表明 ,雌核发育草鱼近交F1代EST、SOD同工酶以及血红蛋白电泳图谱与正常两性生殖草鱼电泳图谱存在有一定差异 ;雌核发育草鱼近交F1代的生化性状中未直接体现鲤遗传物质的影响

摘  要:
By using the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE), this paper studies isozymes(LDH,EST,SOD),haemoglobin and serum proteins of the inbreeding F 1 generation gynogenetic grass carps?bisexual reproduction grass carps in the same ages and carps, respectively. The results of experiments show that there exist some differences in their electropherograms between the inbreeding F 1 generation gynogenetic grass carps and bisexual reproduction grass carps; The biochemical characteristics of the inbreeding F 1 generation gynogenetic grass carps do not directly reflect the influence by the genetic materials of the carps.
