硒包衣剂对黑小麦生长及养分吸收的影响

摘  要:
研究了不同含量硒包衣剂(0(T0),0.005%(T1),0.015%(T2),0.025%(T3))对黑小麦生长、产量及养分吸收特征的影响。结果表明,与对照无包衣剂处理T0相比,不同含量硒包衣剂均使黑小麦产量增加,T1,T2和T3处理分别增加4.34%,17.78%和7.34%,有效穗数和穗长增加是含硒包衣剂处理黑小麦产量提高的主要原因(相关系数分别为0.998**和0.801);含硒包衣剂处理使黑小麦全生育期延长1 d,其中,抽穗—成熟期延长3 d;硒包衣剂对黑小麦籽粒N和K的吸收有一定的促进作用,但随包衣剂硒含量增加,籽粒N和K含量呈先增加后下降趋势;籽粒Se含量与包衣剂中硒含量呈极显著正相关(R2=0.992 6)。籽粒Se含量与产量拟合曲线表明,当硒质量分数超过0.054 mg/kg时,产量拟合曲线呈负相关。综合产量及养分吸收特征可知,含硒量0.015%为推荐包衣剂Se含量。

摘  要:
The paper was conducted to research different Se content coating materials(0(T0),0.005%(T1),0.015%(T2),0.025%(T3))on growth, yield and nutrient content characters of triticale. The results showed that coating materials containing Se could improve triticale yield, increased 4.34%, 17.78% and 7.34% in T1, T2 and T3 than the control, respectively. Effective spike numbers and spike length were the main factors that resulting higher yield(r=0.988** 和 r=0.801). The whole growth period of triticale was prolonged one day under costing materials containing Se, while heading to maturity stage prolonged three days. Se coating material had positive effect on N and K uptake of triticale grain, and with Se content increasing, grain N and K content decreasing. Grain Se content had a significant positive effect with coating materials Se content(R2=0.992 6). Grain Se content had positive correlation with yield, but yield decreased when grain Se content was 0.054 mg/kg. Analyzing from yield and nutrient uptake, the suitable Se content in coating materials is 0.015%.
