天山樱桃花芽形态分化研究

摘  要：
以新疆伊犁霍城县野果林天山樱桃为试材,采用石蜡切片法对花芽形态分化进行观察分析。结果表明,天山樱桃花芽形态分化过程可划分为未分化期、分化初期、萼片分化期、花瓣分化期、雄蕊分化期和雌蕊分化期6个时期。整个分化期集中在7月上旬至9月上旬进行,持续75d。同一时期不同海拔天山樱桃的花芽分化进程存在明显差异。

摘  要：
Tianshan cherry(Cerasus tianschanica Pojark)collected from the wild fruit forest in Huocheng county,Yili area of Xinjiang was used as materials to observe the process of flower bud morphological differentiation by means of the paraffin method.The results showed that the whole morphological differentiation process of flower bud can be divided into 6phases,such as pre-differentiation stage,the early differentiation stage,sepal primordial differentiation stage,petal primordial differentiation stage,stamen and pistil primordial differentiation stage,and the whole differentiation stage is 75 days,from the first ten-day period of July to that of September.The morphological differentiation process of Tianshan cherry buds is significant difference among different altitudes in the same period.
