桂南地区淮山药炭疽病发生规律及防治技术研究

摘  要:
采用田间系统调查与走访农户方式了解桂南地区淮山药炭疽病的发生规律,并采用喷雾方法研究了6种药剂对淮山药炭疽病的田间防效,以筛选防治淮山药炭疽病的最佳药剂。结果表明,桂南地区淮山药炭疽病发生流行除了高温高湿是主要因素外,田间农事操作中使用劣质种薯、种植年限过长、轮作作物不合理、水肥管理不当和用药不科学也是重要原因。田间药效试验中,32.5%阿米妙收杀菌剂防治淮山药炭疽病效果最好,其1 000倍液在发病前、发病初期的防效分别为95.95%、95.47%;25%施保克1 200倍液和25%溴菌·多菌灵1 000倍液对淮山药炭疽病也有较好的防治效果,在发病前及初期用药防效在89.69%~93.46%。阿米妙收、施保克、溴菌·多菌灵3种杀菌剂可作为生产上防治淮山药炭疽病的药剂轮换使用。

摘  要:
To clarify the occurrence regularity of yam anthracnose in southern Guangxi and screen for the best pesticide to control it,systematic investigation of its occurrence regularity and spraying control test were conducted. The results showed that the main causes of yam anthracnose occurrence and prevalence in southern Guangxi were using inferior seed potato,too long planting period,unreasonable crop rotation,improper management of water and fertilizer,and unscientific medication use in field operation,besides high temperature and high humidity. 32. 5% Azoxystrobin · difenoconazole was the best fungicide to control yam anthracnose in field efficacy trials. Its control effect was 95. 95% and 95. 47% when it was diluted1 000 times before and in early stage of the disease. 25% Sportak diluted 1 200 times and 25% Bromothalonil·carbendazim diluted 1 000 times were also effective well,with the efficacy of 89. 69% —93. 46% when they were used before and in early stage of the disease. Azoxystrobin · difenoconazole,Sportak and Bromothalonil·carbendazim could be used alternately in production to control yam anthracnose.
