首先,从推进城乡基本公共服务均等化的角度论述了农家书屋工程建设的重要意义。然后,对农家书屋建设的现状及存在问题进行了分析。最后,从资源配置、经费保障、管理制度和队伍建设等方面对农家书屋的建设和作用提出建议。

First,we discuss the importance of rural library construction from the perspective of urban-rural equalization of basic public services,and then analyze current situation and existing problems of rural library construction.At last,we have several suggestions about the effect and construction of rural library from resource allocation,funding guarantees,management system and team construction.
