家蚕核型多角体病毒基因与抗病育种

摘  要:
家蚕(Bombyx mori L.)对家蚕核型多角体病毒(B.mori Nuclear polyhedrosis virus,BmNPV)抗性为不完全显性,在常染色体上由主效基因控制,在性染色体上有微效基因的协同作用。抗BmNPV相关基因的研究,为生产上进行防治提供了理论基础。RNA干涉(RNA interference,RNAi)技术被广泛应用于基因功能研究,为BmNPV抗性品种培育提供了新的方法。随着分子标记技术的不断完善和应用,在家蚕抗性品种辅助选育方面也取得了一定的成果,并且有获得家蚕抗性新品种的报道。

摘  要:
The resistance of Bombyx mori to B.mori Nuclear polyhedrosis virus(BmNPV) was incomplete dominance,and was controlled by major gene on autosome and minor gene in sex chromosomes.The study on correlated gene of BmNPV enriched the theoretical foundation of disease prevention in production.The RNA interference technology was used extensively in research of gene function and provided a new method for breeding of BmNPV resistant variety.As the improving and application of molecular marker,some achievement in assisted selection of B.mori L.was obtained and some new BmNPV resistant varieties were reported.
