复合有机酸对文昌鸡营养物质代谢及血液理化指标的影响

摘  要：
试验研究了复合有机酸对文昌鸡肉鸡的营养物质代谢和血液理化指标的影响。选择48只健康、体重接近的7周龄文昌鸡肉鸡,采用单因子随机试验设计,随机分设3组,即在基础日粮中分别添加0、0.25%、0.5%的复合有机酸,每组4个重复,每个重复4只,公母比为1??1。结果表明:饲粮中添加复合有机酸对文昌鸡营养物质表观代谢和血液理化指标均没有明显影响(P>0.05),但能改善粗灰分和磷的表观消化率(P>0.05),并且具有降低血清中甘油三酯水平的趋势。根据本研究结果表明:经过短期饲养饲料中复合有机酸对文昌鸡营养物质的利用和血液理化指标效果不显著。

摘  要：
The experiment studied the influenceof compound organic acid of nutrition metabo-lism and the physical and blood chemical index-es of Wenchang chicken. Choose 48 healthy andclose to the weight of 7 weeks of Wenchangchicken, adopt single factor randomized experi-mental design, randomly set 3 groups respectively,It is added the compound organic acid of 0, 0.25%, 0.5% in the basic diet respectively. Each grouphas four repeats, with repeat 4 of each, and male female ratio of 1??1. The results show that with thecomposite organic acid adding to fodder, Wenchang chicken nutrients apparent metabolism and thephysical and chemical indexes of blood were not significantly affected(P>0.05), but the apparent digest-ibility of crude ash and phosphorus were improved(P>0.05), and it has trend of lower serum triglycer-ide levels. According to the results of the study, composite organic acids in Wenchang chicken feed af-ter a short breeding, nutrient metabolism and blood biochemical indices were not significantly affected.
