以按蚊胰蛋白酶基因的氨基酸序列为信息探针,对家蚕EST数据库进行同源检索筛选,克隆了家蚕一种新的胰蛋白酶基因。该基因编码2 71个氨基酸,与按蚊胰蛋白酶的一致性为32 % ,含有典型的胰蛋白酶功能结构域Tryp -SPc ,但在催化三联体中His不保守,被Tyr替代

摘  要:
A novel silkworm (Bombyx mori) trypsin gene was cloned by blasting the silkworm EST database with the malaria mosquito (Anopheles gambiae) homologous trypsin protein as a querying probe. The gene encodes a protein with 271 aa, which shares sequence similarity (60-65% identity) with the sequence of the mosquito, and has a classical domain Tryp_SPc. Amino acid His in catalytic triad is not common and is replaced by Tyr.
