几丁质酶基因在番茄上的转化

摘  要:
通过根癌农杆菌介导将水稻几丁质酶基因导入番茄中 ,得到转基因植株。导入的三个基因即nptⅡ、bar和几丁质酶基因在子一代以 3∶1的比例分离。

摘  要:
A rice chitinase gene was successfully introduced into tomato plants via Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation.Transgenic plants expressing the rice chitinase gene were obtained.The introduced nptⅡ、bar and chitinase genes were all segragated in the ratio of 3∶1 in T 1 progeny of transgenic tomatoes.
